This project is one of our biggest residential renovations to date. There was extensive work throughout including an extension to the footprint of the house to enlarge the media room and forth bedroom. Complete re-clad with new Alaskan Yellow Cedar, complete re-roof with new 450 Euro tray roofing. New thermally broken top of the range joinery. Also thorough exterior works including a refurbished pool and landscaping around it with decks, stairs and gardens. A new entrance to the house with a timber pergola and glass roof, lovely planting throughout. A feature copper gate and garage door to add some flare to the entrance elevation of the house. Nothing was spared with solar panels and battery system installed, automation throughout the house. This is a house truly done to the highest of standards.
