1920's character home sitting on a large city section. The home had undergone several renovations over its era which had not respected the original character. Restoring the home to a healthy standard with a modern touch was required. This required a start from ground up preserving items of significance to reference for the rebuild. A new architecturally designed home and detached garage was re-crafted.
