Through building in Sydney’s most sort after locations, you soon develop the ingredients to master the coastal components that make a seaside property special. Our Seaforth knockdown re-build is an example of exactly that. The incorporation of natural earthy materials such as stone was paired with hand-selected seasoned hardwood timbers to withstand the natural elements of its surroundings.

These material selections were seamlessly carried through to the internal spaces whilst being somewhat softened using a lighter colour palette paired with cleverly placed glazing to capture the natural light and beauty of its geography.

The property now sits in harmony with its surroundings, constantly showcasing different elements throughout different times of the day and season.
