Seascape is a beautifully crafted Retreat 2 home, completed by Advance Build at the stunning waters edge of Tapeka Point in Russell, showcasing exceptional factory construction quality from design through to on-site completion.
Step inside ‘Seascape’, a Retreat 2 home Advance Build recently completed on the waters edge of Tapeka Point in Russell.
Owner Clive Raines worked with us to come up with a unique plan which maximises the beautiful outlook his site offers. He was impressed with the team effort, from design, factory construction of the home, through to completion on site – and that the end result was of the highest quality.
Designed with the ability to offer the home for short term rental, you also have the unique opportunity to stay in this Advance Build Retreat 2 home and experience the ease of a factory-built home. It is available for short term rental at www.seascape.nz
