Contemporary architecture and refurbishment - Bronte – 180 sqm/apartment.​

A yellow brick 1970’s block of 3 large 4-bedroom apartments overlooking the ocean at Bronte has received a major upgrade. Cradle Design was engaged to provide contemporary architecture and a high-end residential exterior design to a 3-bedroom 1970's flat with spectacular views over the Pacific. The objective was to reconfigured the original home architecture and design to achieve a layout that celebrates the ocean while also accommodating a growing family.

Designers Mandy Simmons and  Interior Designer Melanie Tomilson,ensured every detail of this luxury residential home design project was carefully considered, ensuring a beautiful fuss-free modern canvas for the owners' beachy lifestyle. With clean lines, white walls and the beach appeal of an aqua blue feature wall, the open-plan areas of this residential apartment design capture the essence of beachside living.
