Paradise View Resort is located in Olosara Sigatoka, Fiji. The Resort is built on a hill with uninterrupted 270-degree views of the surrounding ocean. The site constraints include high wind and steep terrain. The proposal provides windbreaks and terracing to contest these issues.
The proposal consists of 20 Villa lots containing a minimum of 6 villa dwellings each. As well as Villa dwellings, 3 Hotel Towers sit above the highest point of the site providing unsurpassed views from any resort in Fiji. The Main Pools and recreational facilities are nestled beneath the hotel apartments units.
