Builder: Easton Installer: Easton Product: DecoBatten 2-piece 150x50mm Colour: DecoWood Spotted Gum  Location: Toorak, VIC Located in the prestigious suburb of Toorak, this high-end home has been designed with luxury and sophistication in mind. The combination of monument standing seam cladding, concrete look stone and DecoBattens Spotted Gum creates a modern yet warm and inviting exterior. The style of home blends perfectly in its surrounds of this affluent inner suburb of Melbourne. Attention to detail and functionality are some of the reasons why the DecoBatten 2-piece system was chosen. The concealed fixing system was a crucial element for the window louvres which not only provide the owners with privacy but also allow for light and airflow. The convenient click-together system with concealed fixings ensured the view from inside the home is refined and simplistic as well as contributing to the elegant exterior facade. Sourcing high quality materials was a major priority for the client. Using an Australian-made product which is low maintenance and durable were key when selecting this product. A material that is UV resistant, long lasting and beautiful guaranteed the clients approval and ensured the design brief was fulfilled. Photography by Deco Australia
