St Marks Apartment Complex: A unique community in Newmarket featuring three luxury apartment buildings and two exceptional dining establishments, designed by Peddlethorp Architects with enhanced thermal and acoustic performance in the carpark.
Peddlethorp Architects constructed three distinct apartment buildings in the heart of Newmarket creating a community unlike any other in Auckland. These apartment buildings not only offer luxury living but boast two outstanding food establishments within the St Marks complex.
Peddle Thorp Architects required 100% insulation coverage of the carpark ceiling to meet thermal requirements for the apartments above. Wall 2 Wall Builders achieved this by installing the ASL (Autex Soffit Liner) between and around the concrete joists. Not only does ASL provide thermal performance it also enhances acoustics, creating a pleasant atmosphere even while underground in the carpark.
