Stack House
Designed for a young family, the house comprises of multiple wings, which not only reduce the overall bulk of the house but also allows for different zones both inside and outside to be created.
The home features multiple courtyards which capture the sun at different times of the day and provide shelter from the wind.
The combination of oversized Oamaru stone cladding paired with cedar creates a complimentary material palette that is sympathetic to this country home and its rural setting.
