The S House is a comprehensive renovation to re-position and provide new life to an existing grand dame home for a valued client with a young growing family.
The new works were master-planned to maximise the enjoyment of the site, improve functionality to the existing dated home, and seamlessly connect landscape and interiors, capturing beautiful views, daylight, and ventilation.
Creating strong shifts in layout within the existing home allowed for sensitive additional pavilions to be inserted to the rear of the site. Locating these in a manner that accentuated the appreciation of the landscape and capturing maximum benefits from the natural environment
A beautiful grand home renewed, revitalised, and added to with generous scale, textures, tactile materials and uncompromising contemporary detailing renewing the grand dame with integrity.
