A sustainable & environmentally friendly home that meets all the modern requirements of a large family home using cutting edge design, superior materials and high end finishes. With designer lighting, commercial grade Italian cabinetry, wool carpets & luxury fabric curtains – this house is a Modernist style showcase of what can be achieved from a design perspective, while still being conscious of environmental impact.
Many products used in the home are Australian firsts;- the Zeblok cladding on the façade, Bizazza’s Marcel Wanders ceramic tiles and HI Macs concrete look solid acrylic benchtops.
The home incorporates a native landscaped garden with a natural fresh water billabong.
This house won Bayside’s Best Ecological Sustainable Design in 2015, while the family bathroom featured in House and Garden’s Top 50 Rooms for 2015.
