Situated in Cardigan Street, this boutique development is made up of five three-storey units designed with concrete slab on grade at the ground and composite concrete floor for the upper levels. Units are separated by insulated concrete form walls as inter-tenancy walls and exterior walls. The external wall enclosure is a mix of corrugated iron roofing and wall cladding, insulated concrete formwork plaster cladding and weatherboard cladding.

Construction commenced in June 2020 and scheduled to complete in April 2021.
