The recently completed Botanic Silverdale features Spectrum 150 * 50 Soho louvre screens finished in a Metood Kwila, providing privacy to generously sized outdoor spaces while maintaining light and airflow into the apartments.
The warm timber look finish softens the strong modern concrete lines of the building and complements the landscaped surroundings, delivering a refined atheistic without the ongoing upkeep typically associated with natural timber.
