Milford Residential House

Located in the heart of Milford, this striking architectural home showcases the versatility of Metwood across multiple custom aluminium features supplied by Glass Vice, creating a cohesive timber-look finish that enhances its prominent street presence. Finished in Metwood Pale Weathered Cedar, the top-floor sliding louvres provide both style and functionality. Designed to be opened and adjusted throughout the day, they help reduce glare while maintaining privacy and allowing natural light to flow into the home. The same finish has been carried through to the front entrance gates, balcony screening, and stair balustrades, creating a seamless design that ties the exterior together. By combining the warmth and beauty of natural timber with the durability, low maintenance, and fire-rated benefits of aluminium, Metwood delivers a long-lasting solution that is as practical as it is visually impressive.
