This stunning Lilyfield home, designed by Micrah Projects, radiates resort-style living with an ultra-modern look. This picturesque home build is designed with a custom-edge silhouette and has been meticulously crafted with every detail perfectly executed.
The home's façade has been completely decked out in a range of our ever popular DecoBatten™ profiles finished in DecoWood® natural Curly Birch timber finish, making for a contemporary yet warm and welcoming home. With the ease of installation and design flexibility DecoBatten™ provided, Micrah Projects’ builder, Najib Rahme, decided to incorporate the radius DecoBatten™ for the fencing too. This created a unique statement fencing feature for the ultimate in curbside appeal.
The home is positioned just 300 metres from the Iron Cove shores, meaning durability was at the top of the list of requirements for any products used on the home. With it's marine-grade Super Durable™ finish, DecoBatten® QuickClick™ 50 x 80mm radius batten and 50 x 50mm square battens were able to be used to create a durable, functional and show-stopping design that will last for years to come even with being exposed to the ocean breeze.

The covered terrace also features DecoBatten® with a completely integrated barbeque station wrapped in the aluminium battens, which offer a safe, non-combustible timber-look option that are a breeze to wipe clean.
