The Rise Bondi: A collection of luxurious modern apartments completed in 2023, featuring high-end interiors and lush private landscaping, designed to create an exclusive sanctuary in the vibrant heart of Bondi.
The Rise is a collection of luxurious apartments in Bondi, designed to offer an exclusive sanctuary in the heart of meantime beachside living. With two elevations open to the air, lush private landscaping, and refined, high-end interiors, each apartment blends natural beauty with timeless design.
TecLED worked alongside architect Nicholas Tang and Dallard Building Constructions to deliver a tailored lighting solution that enhances the project’s sophisticated aesthetic. Inspired by the rhythm of sunrise and sunset, the lighting brings warmth, depth, and atmosphere—elevating every space and complementing The Rise’s connection to Bondi’s uniquely seductive cultural fabric
