A versatile space that could comfortably accommodate a multigenerational family. With the understanding that children would run wild, space for backyard football and poolside lounging was a must, while safety and functionality were paramount. The landscape provided a private sanctuary from neighbouring properties, while maintaining an open and visually appealing outlook from within the home.

Given the luxurious interior finishes, it was essential for the landscape design to reflect the same level of elegance, while also incorporating elements that promoted relaxation, such as a kitchen herb garden.

Since the site was completely cleared during the demolition phase, one of our key objectives was to replenish the lost tree canopy. To achieve this, the clients—passionate gardeners and plant collectors—played an active role in sourcing advanced feature species that would serve as anchors for the new gardens.
