A comprehensive renovation of a 1980s residence, featuring an open plan living space, repositioned kitchen, custom joinery, and enhanced storage solutions, resulting in a modern and functional family home completed in 2023.
The original floor plan was outdated with small rooms and poor access, and needed opening up to maximise the space. We repositioned the kitchen to better suit the proportions of the building footprint, created an open plan living space, replaced the aluminium joinery, relocated the laundry to provide more storage for the kitchen, and created a separate office away from the living space. New kitchen, custom laundry and office joinery, updated floor coverings, and new window treatments have completely transformed this 1980s abode into a beautiful and modern home.
