CCS Foundation Specialists presents the Parnell project, a full-scale renovation and revitalization of a classic style home. The scope of work includes full house relevelling, replacement of 60 x H5 timber piles to 900mm with stainless steel fixings, bearer replacement, propping and bracing, earthworks, and basement work. Additionally, retaining works including a 10m Palisade wall with Palisades reaching 3500mm bgl.

Clay soils and the very wettest year Auckland has thrown at us. Simon, Wes, Chase and co were good communicators and good problem solvers.
