Refurbishment of City of Sydney Council Level 4 function facilities, enhancing function rooms, foyers, offices, and amenities while preserving the building's heritage and integrating modern resources.
The existing City of Sydney Council Level 4 function facilities required refurbishment and alterations to the function rooms, foyers, offices, storage, amenities and commercial kitchen. The design referenced the original intent of the building whilst providing modern, well-resourced function centre facilities. This project involved stakeholder consultation and liaison, architectural design, heritage refurbishment works, documentation and construction services.
