A modern tree house completed in 2022, designed by Your Builder and Suede and Stone, harmonizing with the lush surroundings of the Waitakere Ranges through large windows and warm timber finishes, creating a light and inviting living environment.
Hamid from Your Builder is a client who holds a special place in our hearts, he was our first client and we have been lucky to work with Hamid and his team since Mitch started the business in 2016. We photographed and filmed this renovation project for Your Builder, nestled amongst the lavish bush of the Waitakere Ranges. Hamid was able to find the perfect balance between allowing this home to harmonise with its surroundings whilst also being able to stand on its own. Large scale windows and warm timber finishes have created a beautiful link to this home's forest location and the home's modern touches have facilitated for a living environment that is light, warm and inviting which was important to the client and to Your Builder.
