A bit about the inner workings of division building ltd.

Leon Kennedy the founder of the company has spent most of his life in the trade sector from a young age till now. Finishing his apprenticeship in his late teens then traveling the world working in construction throughout Europe in high end residential homes. From there building Sydney’s exclusive northern beach homes to then return and form the company here in NZ.

Some of the benefits of this is the direct link from the project management to the onsite workings as the team…small but very experienced in all sectors all share and collaborate trying to hold, quality, precision and craftsmanship in the highest regard.
