Unico Melbourne
Dasch Associates helped Unico review and consolidate 5 floors of office space to a new building occupying 2½ floors. Instead of wall signage and brochure slogans, Dacsh Associates used design to make a statement about the whole style and attitude of the business.
The office design reinforces the values and culture of the business and facilitates organisational flexibility. A well-designed office can get the best out of people in terms of motivation and can also make them far more effective and productive.
Unico has invested heavily in premises, staff and technology and has paid attention to the design of the space where those things come together – this leverages their investment substantially. As such it has a positive impact on the running of the business.
