From its vantage point on Pukekohe Hill this home enjoys elevated north-facing views and an outdoor living space that seamlessly connects with the home. Making the most of the northern aspect, the timber patio has space for sunseekers while the adjacent pergola provides a shaded entertainment area.
The outdoor living is complemented by a garden featuring a beautiful combination of subtropical and formal planting mirroring the colours of the corten steel brazier and timber patio. The plants chosen thrive in this unique microclimate of volcanic soil, mild temperatures and high rain levels, while being attractive and easy maintenance.
