A striking combination of modern design with natural materials and mixed subtropical planting has resulted in a very special garden for these green-fingered clients. The property slopes down from the home to the estuary where the immersive backyard garden blends cohesively with the existing native planting.
The garden meets the edge of the deck, inviting a stroll along gentle paths. Bombay stone walls, pavers and boulders have been used throughout the landscape, creating a bold contrast with contemporary design elements including corten steel planters. A bubbling rock water feature creates ambience and raised macrocarpa vegetable beds house an abundant cook’s garden.
