In the leafy suburbs of Takapuna, a soothing simplicity, without compromise on texture or character has been injected into this new home. Inspired by Scandinavian living and the art of hygge, subdued tones, relaxed patterns and natural materials have been thoughtfully applied.

With a brief to achieve a calm urban respite, this sentiment has run across the home and triggers a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The project included full colour considerations for the exterior and interior, selection of furniture and soft furnishings, shutters, veneer paneling and decorative lighting.

Researching, scheduling and delivering all components of this design has resulted in a sleek yet soothing address for a busy professional and her beloved dog.

Out of this valuable exercise came a revitalisation of their brand. Formerly Munro & Co, the name change to Wolfe Interior Design is an exciting reflection of the company’s values and vision.
