Project Description: Vaulted Ceiling Renovation with Feature Chandeliers

This renovation project involved the transformation of a classic villa-style home by extending the living space with a stunning new vaulted ceiling addition. Key architectural features include exposed black-painted rafters set against crisp white ceiling panels, creating a visually striking contrast that draws the eye upward and adds a sense of grandeur to the room.

The space is anchored by two large crystal chandeliers, meticulously centered between skylights to maximize natural light while providing an elegant evening ambiance. Each fixture was carefully installed with concealed wiring and structural supports within the ceiling cavity to maintain a clean, seamless look.

Natural light is further amplified by the addition of multiple skylights and traditional French doors that open to a beautifully tiled outdoor area. The new gable-end window, featuring custom arched glazing and heritage-style leadlight lower panes, complements the existing architectural style of the home.
