Victoria Ave House
This project involved a major renovation of an existing house with a full makeover of the site which is stepped over a number of levels. Stephen Matthews Architects took over this project during construction and managed external cladding, landscaping and a media room below the main floor level which opens out towards a large swimming pool and deck area. The steep site offered a number of challenges in terms of access, drainage and retaining to ensure that the outdoor areas functioned as designed.
