A beautiful two storey villa that required fixing. This job was about getting rid of poorly done work over the last 20 years and taking it back to what it was originally. Replacing the kitchen, dining & deck and actually reducing the footprint of the house was the order of the day. The view out over Dunedin city is spectacular and this was to be maximised.
