Completed in 2021, the Woburn Villa project by Hark Architects is a stunning transformation. The existing Villa was in need of some serious TLC, with sunken foundations and a leaky garage. The Villa was lifted and shifted to the rear of the site in order to have new driven piles, then located back into position with a new, modern, light filled extension to the rear. Not only did we straighten it out, but we also added a modern, warm extension at the rear of the house. The old and new parts now blend seamlessly, creating a home that the owners absolutely adore.
Featuring products from top brands like Living Flame, Cosentino, and Escea Fireplace Company, the Woburn Villa is a true showcase of quality craftsmanship. From the Luxe Basin Mixer to the Ultraglaze Decorative Acrylic Panels, every detail in this project has been carefully curated to perfection.
