ArchiPro Project Summary – In partnership with Stark Property, Volare’s new fit-out at Made Market artfully merges heritage and contemporary elements. With its bright, airy ambience and community-oriented vibe, the space enables Volare to deepen its presence in Hamilton’s expanding food scene.

In 2023, Volare relocated from its original Grey Street site to join the dynamic Made Market precinct in Hamilton East—a vibrant hub showcasing the region’s leading food and retail talent.

Working in collaboration with Volare and Stark Property, the new fit-out at Made Market beautifully blends old and new. Traditional touches, such as brickwork and open bread shelving, were carried over from their older stores, while new features like large street-facing windows and communal tables create a bright, welcoming space. Even the bricks on the front counter have a story—they were discovered during the demolition of the building and repurposed to tie in with the bakery’s signature brick elements.
