A thoughtfully designed duplex featuring a mirrored layout, equipped with an internal vacuum system and a centralized Coms cupboard for streamlined connectivity.
This duplex is a mirror image of the other, and there is more to this project than the eye can see. The owner’s spec requested internal vacuum system as well as a Coms cupboard where all the wiring for the home meets; phone, internet, electrical etc. Very handy to have it all in one place.
Our Design and Build teams worked together on this project making it a seamless process.
