Waihi Beach Hotel

A re-invention of a beer-stained public bar into an elegant rural bistro. The original room was stripped to its bones, leaving traces of its history. The interior plays on the sea-side Waikato location, re-fashioning old bridge beams into counters, table tops, and weathered canvas bench seats. The room can accommodate visitors directly from the beach while providing a calm and refined dining experience.
