Waikanae
Situated on a large beachfront section the house is orientated to spectacular views of the sea and Kapiti Island. The form of the house is separated into different volumes to create sheltered spaces in between.
The main house consists of two bedrooms, bathroom plus living areas and a roof top lounge room. A separate guest wing sits on top of the garage with two bedrooms and bathroom.
