Renovation of Welcome Bay home featuring a new entry deck, upgraded flashings, door replacement, comprehensive repainting, and enhanced landscaping for improved security and aesthetics.
For this Welcome Bay home, our services included a small-scale renovation and some remedial work. This involved replacing a decaying porch with a new entry deck and upgrading various flashings to meet current building code requirements. We also replaced a window with a new door onto a complementary deck extension.
Our project management services ensured a smooth execution, coordinating various trades such as painters and plasterers. The entire home was repainted, both inside and out, with roofing screws replacing nails for added water tightness and security.
Additionally, we constructed a fence and gate to secure the property, while modernising the landscaping to elevate the property's appearance. Choose Gardo Group for your next renovation project and experience our exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
