The West Kilmore Apartments are 17 luxury apartments over 9 storeys at 52 Kilmore Street, adjacent to Cranmer Square, in central Christchurch. Our Structural and Geotechnical team worked together to achieve a cost effective foundation solution for this project which is the tallest post-Christchurch earthquake apartment complex. The moment frame used innovative connection detailing to give efficient design and architectural freedom.
