This impressive architecturally designed house, with its steel, stone and timber construction and sail-type roof is nestled perfectly into its Scarborough hilltop surrounds.

Inside, bespoke tree like structures with timber posts and steel branches hold up the roof, which is double cantilevered at the corners.

Working closely with the architects, Engco’s structural team met the architect’s vision while ensuring it worked structurally.
