After completing a major renovation to their beach house our clients wanted to develop this unused space for both themselves when on holiday and for their guests staying in the downstairs BnB .
The outdoor entertainment area includes an outdoor dining space, timber screening to provide privacy from the neighbouring property, a boardwalk from the kids bunk room and a filleting station tucked out of site but still easily accessible when unloading the boat after a day on the water.
