On net site area of 800 sqm; 4 units are designed to a long rear section of Wordsworth Road in South Auckland
The design buildings are answer to urban demand for accomodation as well as keeping the budget very carefully to help the need of social housing.
Despite of tight space; careful thought for design has been given to open spaces; indoor/outdoor flow with enough light and ventilation.
