A house for people who love both good design and being warm! The client brought to the project some very strong imagery of the kind of contemporary house she wanted to live in. This house is designed to be both contemporary and deceivingly spacious yet compact - enabling high levels of energy efficiency. The whole house is kept warm on the coldest Central Otago days with one small wood burner.
