Unlike standard sinks, the Mercer Central Workstation is designed to double as a food preparation zone. By allowing accessories to sit neatly over the bowl, it frees up valuable benchtop space while keeping preparation contained in one highly practical area. Rinsing, chopping and draining can all be done directly over the sink, reducing mess and helping to prevent cross-contamination elsewhere in the kitchen. The Mercer range includes four thoughtfully designed models. Three of the larger options accommodate all three supplied accessories over the bowl, while the compact model fits two, with the roller mat positioned alongside.

The two double-bowl versions feature an innovative drop bridge, enabling the colander to glide smoothly between bowls for added flexibility during meal preparation. Attention to detail sets the Mercer Central Workstation apart. A refined 10mm radiuscorner creates a crisp, contemporary look when undermounted, while the seamless Mercer overflow is both stylish and practical, eliminating a common dirt trap. Completing the design is the new designer waste, elevating the sink’s overall finish andreinforcing Mercer’s commitment to quality. Combining smart functionality with refined design, the Mercer Central Workstation is a sophisticated solution for modern kitchens where performance and style must work seamlessly together.

The below images showcase the brilliant adaptability of the sink with multitudes of combinations.
