CW600 High-Performance Stickwall - Butt Glazed Vertically - Mechanically Engaged Horizontally

Our CW600 system is a high-performance American stick wall product which provides flush glazed vertical aesthetics and mechanically entrapped horizontals. This curtainwall system has been approved by Dow Corning for the application of their one-part structural silicone products. The CW600 system (and the subsequently developed CW900 system) has been designed to accommodate granite and composite aluminium panels. 

The concept is best expressed in photographs and those shown will illustrate only a few of the building claddings erected by Thermosash. It is usual in both these designs for the internal head and cill linings to be part of the curtainwall. All internal aluminium has a thermal discontinuity from the external aluminium.

Maximum Spanning Ability

Thermosash specifically engineers the best suite option for your project taking into consideration span, structural system, and environmental loads (e.g. wind). The spanning ability will vary depending on the above.

Warranty

The standard warranty is 5 years from the date of practical completion for these products. This covers workmanship and weather tightness, providing the subcontract includes fabrication, installation and glazing of all components.

Our Expertise
Thermosash’s abilities have grown since its 1973 start-up when Laurie Hayes and his colleagues manufactured commercial windows out of a small production facility.
