The AUTO MOSSA HyperFreeze™ is a new generation High Speed Freezer Door designed for cold storage applications. With its advanced thermal performance the door is suited to operating environments down to -30 degrees C. The door has also been designed to operate without air movement fans in most applications. The other important benefit is the doors resistant to impacts by fork-hoists, with the robust door blade design, crash-out capability and auto relocate feature.

Thermal
The most important aspect of this door is its thermal performance: five layers of twin wall foil separated by air giving a 30mm thick door blade with a U Value = 0.9 W/m2C. The two outer skins are made up of 900 gsm PVC coated woven fabric giving the overall product a high thermal performance combined with strong impact resistance.
Faster
The HyperFreeze™ High Speed Door operates at speeds of up to 3.0m/sec on doors up to 4.0m wide and 4.0m high. The new AirStrip™ design enables the door to be sized up to 5.0m wide on special applications.
Smoother
The AirStrip™ was designed to combine high speed with quiet and smooth operation. Constructed from a flexible rubber strip, the Airstrip dampens noise and creates a cushioning effect when the door runs at high speeds.
Separation
The AirStrip™ feature on the Hyperfreeze™ separates the layers of the door blade to ensure that the PVC has minimal contact with itself. Importantly this ensures that there is no load or pressure on the insulation within the door blade, allowing the air-spaces to hold their integrity and therefore the thermal properties of the door are maintained throughout its life.
With over 20 years of experience in the high performance door industry, some of Australia and New Zealand’s industry experts have come together to establish AUTO MOSSA, an organisation with a passion for design that continuously strives for innovation.
We pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries when developing ideas and through the process of exploration we often find new ways of doing things. It is our intention that every product we launch to the market will also come with an ‘international patent pending’, further emphasising our drive for innovation and added customer value. We are also able to work with architects and specifiers early on in the design stage, to develop working models and concepts.
