The Soul Story 1 by DCW éditions is a plaster wall light designed by Charles Kalpakian, part of his Soul series for DCW éditions. Cast from white plaster and available with or without gold leaf detailing, each piece takes the form of a sculptural figure, quietly architectural in its proportions. A warm 2700K LED is concealed within the form, casting a soft ambient glow that reads differently depending on the finish. In White, the light is calm and considered. In White and Gold Leaf, the backlighting catches the gilded plane and lifts the piece entirely. A small metal figure is seated within the composition, a biographical detail Kalpakian carries through the full Soul collection. TRIAC dimmable as standard.
