The Soul Story 4 by DCW éditions is a plaster wall light designed by Charles Kalpakian, part of his Soul series for DCW éditions. The form is more vertical and open than its siblings, a column of curved plaster planes that overlap and recede, creating depth and shadow within the composition itself. The 2700K LED is tucked within, its light emerging from the negative space between forms rather than from any visible source. Available in White or White with Gold Leaf, the gilded version brings warmth to the interior faces of the piece, shifting it from sculptural object to something closer to a lantern. A small metal figure is present at the base, Kalpakian's quiet self-portrait running through the full collection. TRIAC dimmable as standard.
