What are Fixed Canopy Roofs?

A fixed canopy roof is any form of an immovable small or large protection system for a patio, terrace, or garden area. A roof-like structure with a framework provides a year-round sheltering from diverse climate conditions. Commonly, fixed roof canopies are made from glass, aluminium or polycarbonate. 

The structure can also feature rainwater guttering and additional accessories for added convenience. Vertical blinds, screens, or sliding glass doors are sometimes added for extra protection at the sides and in front.

Fixed awnings, in general, don’t require much maintenance. Depending on the material, it’s mostly sufficient to rinse occasionally. Once or twice a year, more thorough cleaning can take place.
