For us, it’s about the detail… those little things that make the difference. When you choose to build with Location Homes, you begin a partnership with a team of people who are dedicated to creating something so much more than a structure to live in. At Location Homes we specialise in creating ‘Affordable Luxury’ homes, where attention is paid to the smallest detail, in the most cost-efficient manner. We have a strong focus on design efficiency and creativity, while ensuring each client achieves their own unique form of Affordable Luxury in their home. Whether it’s figuring out how to accommodate your beloved coffee machine, or choosing the fittings to suit your style, we’re all about getting the little things right (not-to-mention the big stuff and everything in between too). So every time you come home, you’re walking into a place of craftsmanship and comfort. What makes us different? Whilst we have a fantastic library of designs to inspire you, we wont try and sell you a standard plan. Instead, we will discuss your needs and wants, consider your land, budget, future plans, family dynamics and lifestyle requirements, and then our team will design an affordable luxury home that works for you. We will establish your top three luxury requirements– the features you really want in your home – and work within your budget to achieve them for you. When designing your home, we carefully weigh the balance between cost and benefit. Our team has extensive experience in designing and building stylishly functional homes. Now that’s Affordable Luxury.
