The owners of this large elevated block on two titles chose to retain the existing house and add an affordable luxury custom-designed home, built by Location Homes to take advantage of views over leafy gardens to the ocean beyond.
The two-storey home, clad in vertical cedar weatherboard and Specialized plaster system, has warm touches of timber throughout the interiors. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry while upstairs is an airy, open plan living, dining and kitchen space opening out to a raised deck that takes full advantage of the lovely views. There is also a powder room on this level and access to a cedar-clad double garage.
