Inside, NM03 Interior Lining has been applied to the kitchen island and bedroom feature wall, bringing depth and character to these key spaces. The finely detailed profile enhances both cabinetry and wall surfaces, creating subtle texture while keeping a clean, understated look. Crafted from solid timber, the lining is a practical and versatile choice for interiors. Each board is fixed with adhesive and brads through the tongue, so the next board hides the fixing for a clean, seamless finish. The profile can be supplied pre-finished or painted or stained to suit a wide range of interior palettes. Outside, GC07 Vertica Cladding in Cutek Pumice Grey has been used across the walls, outdoor living area and covered patio ceiling, creating a seamless connection between architecture and landscape. Made from carefully selected quarter-sawn timber, Vertica has a vertical grain that improves stability and gives a refined appearance. The cladding is treated with Koppers MicroPro® MCA preservative to Hazard Class 4 (H4) for added durability and peace of mind. A Bandsawn Finish adds character and improves coating performance, and factory oiling on both faces protects the timber while reducing on-site finishing. The result is a robust, striking cladding that performs as beautifully as it looks.
