At 2 Turoa Street, Genia Architectural's NM03 Interior Lining and GC07 Vertica Cladding in Cutek Pumice Grey work together to create a cohesive design language that flows from inside the home to the outdoor living areas. Carefully integrated throughout the project, the profiles introduce warmth, texture and visual rhythm, complementing the home's soft colour palette and contemporary architectural form.

Inside, NM03 Interior Lining has been applied to the kitchen island and bedroom feature wall, bringing depth and character to these key spaces. The finely detailed profile enhances both cabinetry and wall surfaces, creating subtle texture while maintaining a clean and understated aesthetic. Crafted from solid timber, the lining offers a practical and versatile solution for interior applications. Its tongue and groove joining system enables efficient installation, while the ability to nail or glue the boards in place provides flexibility across a range of projects. Suitable for painting or staining, the profile can be tailored to complement a variety of interior palettes and design styles.

Externally, GC07 Vertica Cladding finished in Cutek Pumice Grey has been used across the wall cladding, outdoor living area and covered patio ceiling, delivering a seamless connection between architecture and landscape. Manufactured from carefully selected quarter-sawn timber, Vertica Cladding showcases a vertical grain that enhances stability while creating a refined appearance. The cladding is treated with Koppers MicroPro® MCA preservative technology and upgraded to Hazard Class 4 (H4) protection for added durability and peace of mind. A bandsawn finish provides visual character while improving coating performance, and factory oiling on both faces helps protect the timber while reducing onsite finishing requirements. Together, these features deliver a robust and visually striking cladding solution that performs as beautifully as it looks.
