The has once again transformed and is now a high end Work and Retail Space. The recent refurbishment of the building addresses the street presence once again, and a refresh of the base-build material palette. The interior architecture has been re-purposed and designed to house our clients to what is now a high end Work and Retail space. “We were delighted to partner with Wingate on the design and delivery of our amazing new Auckland offices. Our brief was for Wingate to step away from the look of a traditional law firm and push the boundaries with a design that has more of a boutique and relaxed feel. Having been the first NZ law firm to embrace an open plan environment approximately 15 years ago and we wanted to be bold with our design to evolve the way we work to the next stage.
